It's hard to imagine a more awe inspiring backdrop for a wedding than Tenaya Lake. Located up along Highway 120 near Tuolumne Meadows, Tenaya Lake sits at over 8,000 feet of elevation. This sapphire blue lake is surrounded by granite domes and peaks. It has one designated location available for larger wedding ceremonies and infinite possibilities for elopements. As if it needed another perk, it's also just down the road from Olmsted Point, my favorite spot in Yosemite National Park. You’ll have no shortage of portrait opportunities here.
